New Company Trips View

The new Company Trips View is a dedicated view that provides Arrangers, Travel Agents, and Administrators with a central location to manage and track all company trips. This enhanced view offers a comprehensive overview of all booked trips, enabling users to easily search and filter trips based on various criteria, including:
– company/business unit,
– traveller name,
– PNR,
– trip code,
– confirmation number.

Introduced Priority for Custom Messages

We added a new property, Priority, to custom messages in the configuration tool. This feature is currently available only for Information messages with no impact on the Policy form. Messages will be displayed in descending order of Priority, mirroring the order that will be displayed on the dashboard. This enhancement allows to prioritize custom messages based on their importance, ensuring that critical information is displayed prominently.

Hints/Tooltips with rule description in the Travel Policy

From now on we will display additional explanations regarding more complex rules in the Travel Policy and how they are applied in the booking flow. To access these explanations, simply hover over the ‘i’ icon next to the rule. A short description will appear, providing valuable context and guidance on how to interpret and apply the rule correctly.

Selecting Approver from Traveller’s Business Unit for Approver by Permission

We have enhanced the Approval workflow to allow Travellers to select Approvers from their (Traveller’s) business unit when using the “Approver by Permission” option. Previously, administrators could only select a specific business unit or leave the field blank, which meant Approver could be selected from the entire company. Now, a new checkbox titled “Traveller’s Business Unit” has been added below the business unit field. When checked, the business unit field will be cleared and disabled, automatically selecting approvers from the Traveller’s business unit. This feature is also available for the “Approver by Job Position” option.

Update to Approval Policy: Mandatory Guest Approver

We have enhanced the approval policy to provide the option of requiring a mandatory approver for guest bookings. When this feature is enabled, the “Nominated Approver” field becomes mandatory for guest arrangements, ensuring that all guest bookings receive appropriate oversight.

This update empowers clients to enforce stricter approval protocols for guest travel, safeguarding company interests and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

New Group City Cap Policy Rules Import/Export

Policy Managers can now export and import lists of cities on the Group City list. This feature simplifies the process of managing group city caps and reduces the manual work required to configure the Travel Policy.

Streamlined Booking for Travellers with Complex Privileges

We have introduced the ‘Add Me’ button to simplify the booking process for travellers with complex privileges. This button allows logged-in travellers to add their own details to a booking without the need to open the side panel and fill out additional fields.

Selected company’s business unit displayed automatically without typing the phrase

This improvement will be the most beneficial for Administrators. Previously to select a specific business unit in the config tool it was required to type the first 3 letters of the name. Now after clicking on the ‘Search for a Business unit’ all business units are displayed on the drop down list.

Custom Messages inheritance from TMC

This enhancement enables the display of messages at both the company and TMC levels. If a message is inherited from the TMC level, a new column will indicate its origin. However, messages inherited from the TMC level cannot be edited on the company level.

[Notilus] Enhancement for Approval Email Templates

Building upon our previous update, we’ve further enhanced the feature that allows to customize redirection links in mailings.  An additional checkbox labeled “CartRedirectionLink” has been added to the “Trip Details” section, allowing clients to easily control whether redirection links are included in the email. By default, the checkbox is checked, ensuring that approvers can seamlessly access trip details without encountering error messages. This enhancement ensures that Notilus clients have control over redirection links.
