Enhanced Dashboard Customization: Drag-and-Drop Widgets

We’ve expanded our dashboard customization options to allow users to easily rearrange widgets by simply dragging and dropping them into their desired positions. This feature, in addition to the previously introduced ability to activate or deactivate widgets and set default views, empowers users to create a personalized dashboard that aligns perfectly with their workflow.

Country-Based Filtering for Company Location Search

We’ve improved the company location search functionality to provide a better experience. Users can now select a country first, and the city autocomplete suggestions will be filtered based on the chosen country. This feature enhances search accuracy and efficiency, making it easier to find companies in specific locations. Additionally, the country name is now displayed in the locations grid, providing a clear context for the listed cities.

Company Trips: Default Starting Date Filtering

We’ve streamlined the company trips search process by setting the trip start date as the default filter in the calendar view pop-up. This means when users access the company trips page, the trip start date filter will be automatically selected (instead of today), simplifying the initial search step. This allows users to quickly narrow down their search results based on desired travel time frames without needing to manually adjust the filter settings.

Negotiated Rate Visibility for Hotel Upselling Feature

We’ve enhanced the hotel offer triggering feature for users booking an overnight trip. Previously, both – the pop-up showcasing hotel and the list of offers in the cart didn’t explicitly indicate negotiated rates. Now, negotiated rates are clearly labeled in the cart view. This update provides greater transparency and helps travelers make informed decisions when selecting their accommodation.

Passport Requirement for UK Citizens

To comply with updated travel regulations, we’ve implemented a requirement for UK citizens to provide their passport information when booking travel within the European Union. This change ensures adherence to current travel standards.

Additional Profile Data Validation for Renfe Bookings [Trainline]

To streamline the booking process and ensure accurate information, we’ve implemented additional profile data validation for Renfe train journeys. Travelers will now be required to provide their contact phone number and identity document information during the booking process (passport, national ID or driving license). In case of missing information user would see the pop-up asking to provide it. After saving the added document it would become a default one. This ensures a smoother experience and reduces the risk of booking failures due to missing data.

Improved Data Import Performance

We’ve significantly enhanced the speed and efficiency of importing data from files, both through the Admin Panel and from the FTP server.

Profile Export Optimization

We’ve optimized the process of generating a file containing all necessary users information, resulting in significantly reduced wait times.

Resolved: Issue with Client Logo Upload

A previous issue preventing logo uploads to the app interface has been successfully resolved

Improved PNR Editor: Expanded Remark Fields

We’ve enhanced the PNR editor to include additional fields in the general and specific remarks sections, providing greater flexibility for customizing PNR information.

New fields include:

  • Employee ID: Track individual employee travel details.
  • Trip Reasons: Add specific reasons for the trip alongside the trip reason code.
  • Travel Policy Compliance Status: Indicate compliance or non-compliance with relevant travel policies.

These additional fields allow for more detailed and informative PNRs, enabling better tracking and reporting.
