Enhanced Offer Validation: Expired Offer Detection


We’ve implemented a new feature to validate offer expiration dates for both air and rail offers. This enhancement ensures that users are only presented with valid options and prevents bookings from being made for expired offers.
The system now checks offer expiration dates before allowing bookings. Users are notified if they attempt to book an expired offer, with guidance on how to proceed. Expired offers are disabled in the cart, preventing users from attempting to book them.


This enhancement provides a more seamless and user-friendly booking experience by preventing bookings for expired offers and ensuring that users are always presented with valid options.

CO2 Emission Information in Confirmation Emails

Booking confirmation emails now include CO2 emission estimates for each service (hotel, air, rail, car), promoting greater awareness of environmental impact and supporting sustainable travel choices.

Improved Traveler Profile Management with Goelett API: Addresses, Contacts, and Documents

The Goelett API now offers improved capabilities for managing traveler information. TMCs can now directly update traveler addresses, contacts, and documents, in addition to setting Currency Code and Language preferences. This enhancement streamlines data management, ensuring more accurate traveler profiles and a smoother booking experience.

Role Description Tooltip

We’ve improved the handling of contact imports when the “Contact Name” column is missing or empty.

  • If the “Contact Name” column is missing or empty, a new contact will be created with an empty name.
  • If contact columns are missing all together, existing contacts won’t be updated during the import.
  • If contact columns are present but empty, all existing contacts will be deleted.
  • A warning will be displayed if mandatory values for contact creation, such as contact type, are missing.

This enhancement ensures a smoother import process, even when dealing with incomplete data.

Company Code Visibility in Roles & Rights

We’ve improved clarity in the Roles & Rights section by displaying the company code alongside the business unit name in the pool configuration view. This enhancement addresses the challenge of differentiating business units with identical names within the same company structure, ensuring accurate pool configuration and management.

Role Description Tooltip

We’ve improved the user interface for role management by replacing the “Description” button with a more intuitive info icon. Hovering over this icon will now display a helpful tooltip containing the role’s description, providing users with quick and easy access to important information.

Improved Cancellation Policy visibility on the Hotel Voucher

We’ve improved the hotel voucher cancellation policy. Previously, this element was displayed in the language used during the booking process, regardless of the user’s preferred language.

To address this, we’ve implemented a new method that automatically populates voucher data in the correct language based on the user’s current language settings. This ensures a more personalized and user-friendly experience.

Introducing Markup Management: Streamlining Pricing Control for TMC (PAO Rail & Amadeus Air)

We’re excited to announce the launch of the Markup Management module, designed to empower TMCs with enhanced control over pricing and revenue. This new feature allows TMCs to seamlessly apply service markups at a granular level, providing greater flexibility and transparency in managing pricing strategies.

  • Precise Markup Application:
    Adding markups on specific services, offering the flexibility to tailor pricing according to TMC’s business model.
  • Transparent Pricing:
    Choosing whether markups are displayed directly on the cart, ensuring clarity for both TMCs and travelers.
  • Streamlined Workflow:
    Easily managing markups within a dedicated tab, with intuitive options to add, edit, or delete records. 


Features and Functionality:

  • Markup Configuration:
    Define markups as percentages (fixed value options coming soon) and apply them to selected transport providers and services.
  • Flexible Payment Options: Link markups to specific forms of payment, ensuring accurate fee calculation.
  • Granular Control: Apply markups to negotiated or public rates, providing greater pricing flexibility.
  • Real-time Updates:
    Changes to markups are reflected immediately on new bookings, optimizing pricing strategies. Marked-up prices are consistently displayed across the platform, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.


Travel Policy Integration:
Markups are seamlessly integrated into travel policy calculations for accurate cost management.

This initial release focuses on percentage-based markups for transportation services (Amadeus for Air and PAO for Rail), with LCC and CAR services coming soon. We’re committed to ongoing development, with plans to introduce fixed value markups, support for additional services, and enhanced configuration options in future iterations.

Sabre Offline Booking Import

Bookings made in Sabre will now be reflected in your Goelett OBT for improved visibility and control. This integration ensures a comprehensive view of all travel activities, regardless of booking channel, streamlining your travel management processes. Currently supported services include Sabre air and car services.

[Sabre] Enhanced Fare Pricing for Nego Fares: Differentiating Account Codes and Corporate IDs

We’ve implemented significant improvements to our fare pricing system for Nego fares, ensuring accurate pricing based on the specific method used to load fares into the GDS. Key enhancements include:

  • Accurate PQ Creation:
    We now correctly create pricing quotes (PQs) using either the *I or *AC method, depending on whether the fare was loaded with a Corporate ID or Account Code.
  • Search Criteria Updates:
    We’ve modified the search criteria to include both Account Code and Corporate ID, allowing for more precise fare searches.
  • Admin Panel Improvements:
    We’ve replaced the “Corporate Id Type” field with “Contract owner” and added a new “Code type” field to accurately capture and manage fare loading information.

By accurately using Account Codes and Corporate IDs, we ensure precise fare calculations and avoid pricing errors. This increased flexibility empowers TMCs to manage negotiated fares more effectively. Additionally, our improved search criteria enable more targeted and accurate fare searches. These enhancements demonstrate our dedication to providing accurate and efficient fare pricing solutions for our customers.
