Introducing Lowest Logical Fare for air bookings

A new Lowest Logical Fare (LLF) indicator has been introduced, expanding Goelett’s air booking capabilities to support more advanced fare comparisons based on both price and configurable logic. This enhancement enables TMCs and corporate clients to promote cost-effective travel decisions by comparing the booked fare against the most logical alternative fares, considering multiple contextual parameters.

Contextual messages for rail, car and hotel services

This update expands the Service Contextual Message functionality, (previously available only for air bookings) to include rail, car, and hotel services. Administrators can now define and manage targeted, service-specific messages that are displayed during the booking process, based on parameters relevant to each travel type.
This enhancement improves booking clarity and ensures that travelers receive only relevant contextual information tailored to their selected itinerary.

Templates widget added to the main view

A new “Templates” widget is now available on the Goelett main dashboard, allowing users to access and manage pre-defined trip templates directly from their homepage. This enhancement accelerates the booking process for frequent travelers by surfacing preferred travel combinations, such as a favored rail or flight connection paired with a hotel, without the need to repeat search criteria.
  • Users can now launch saved templates directly from the dashboard, simplifying trip planning for recurring routes.
  • A new side panel enables users to easily share templates with other travelers or arrangers, facilitating collaboration and standardization across teams.
  • The dashboard is now customizable with the following widgets: Messages, Action Items, Trips, Eco Widget, and Templates.

Missing‑approver notification with approval‑level details

We made an improvement to the clarity of missing‑approver alerts in multi‑level approval workflows by explicitly stating which approval level lacks an assigned approver. Traveler will immediately see whether the gap is at the first level or the second level, reducing follow‑up questions and accelerating resolution.

Calendar invites updated after air service modification or cancellation

This improvement ensures that an updated ICS (calendar invite) file is automatically sent when an air service is modified or cancelled after ticketing. This enhancement improves traveler communication and itinerary accuracy by keeping calendar entries synchronized with the most recent booking changes

Sensitive data masking for travel program card numbers

This update expands the existing sensitive user data masking functionality by introducing an option to mask travel program card numbers (e.g., loyalty card numbers). The enhancement provides administrators with greater control over the visibility of confidential user data within profiles and exports.

Removed “New” button for adding travelers to the trip for Notilus users

To prevent synchronization failures with Notilus, the “New” button for adding travelers to a trip has been removed for users logged in via the Notilus integration. This action was previously causing trip creation issues due to missing ExternalReservationNumber values, resulting in failed synchronizations.

New rail discount cards added for PAO and Trainline integration

A new set of regional discount cards has been added to the PAO and Trainline integrations for rail bookings, expanding fare eligibility and ensuring broader coverage of regional fare advantages across France. This enhancement supports more accurate fare selection and improved traveler experience when booking with applicable discount entitlements

Driving license entry now mandatory for delivery and collection in car rental

To improve reservation validation and reduce manual follow-up, the system now requires driving license details to be entered when the car rental includes delivery and collection services (Del&Col). This update aligns with rental company requirements and prevents booking errors due to missing mandatory information.
This change ensures complete and compliant booking requests are sent to car rental providers, reducing situations where bookings cannot be completed without this information.

Seat reservation for DB rail services via BENE Moove

Travelers booking Deutsche Bahn rail services via the BENE Moove integration are now presented with an option to choose whether to reserve a seat during the booking process. When a seat reservation is selected, it is added to the booking summary, the total fare is updated if the reservation is chargeable, and the cost is itemized in the cart. In case the traveler opts out, no additional charges are applied and the booking proceeds without a reserved seat.
This enhancement improves traveler autonomy and booking transparency for DB services, especially in cases where seat reservations are optional or carry an additional fee. The logic applied aligns with existing seat reservation flows used via Trainline.
