[Amadeus] Updated airfare code limit in admin panel

We have recently implemented a new limit of up to 6 corporate discount codes in the admin panel, in accordance with Amadeus requirements. This decision comes in response to the negative consequences of allowing more codes (up to 10) in the user interface. By restricting the number of codes, we aim to mitigate issues like negotiated rates not displaying to bookers, reduce unnecessary support cases, and minimize potential financial losses caused by refund requests from clients. We also adjust our OBT to the well known GDS limitations.

[Sabre] Enable missing rail offers

We have implemented an accesrail enhancement that enables travel combining rail and air mid-stops, such as TGV Air, in a single ticket. Passengers can now book train journeys with connecting flights as part of their air ticket. Additionally, we have included missing train and bus stations, along with stopovers, to mimic the air content, ensuring a consistent display for both rail and train content in cases of combined journeys.

[Sabre] Enabling multi-cabin class in one air trip

Previously, the system restricted travelers to choose only one cabin class per trip, leading to limitations for routings without business class options. With our latest improvement, users can now mix different cabin classes in a single trip, providing them with more diverse and suitable travel choices.

Business unit code added in PNR editor

The PNR Editor in Goelett has been enhanced to include a new value option called “Business Unit Code” in the Template element. This enhancement allows Goelett admins to easily add the “Business Unit Code” from the Company Structure to the templates. With this enhancement, admins can now include the “Business Unit Code” value in PNRs, providing important business unit information in a streamlined manner. Improves automatization process and replaces manual process.

[Sabre] Traveller doc in travel policy issueing air booking

Process of adding traveller’s docs (incl. passport data) to the PNR has been synchronized to Sabre.

Traveller mobile phone business unit in PNR editor

Missing traveller mobile phone & business unit have been added to the template elements dropdown in the PNR Editor in the admin panel. Improves automatization process and replaces manual process.

Room type replaced by room name on voucher

We have resolved a room type discrepancy reported by customers regarding the information displayed on the voucher. Some of the rooms provided by suppliers are very unique and very hard to define the room type. In this case, we displayed it as undefined. Now instead of that, we display the room name provided by providers.

Anonymization of data for inactive users on trips and cart views

We have added the ability to anonymize data for inactive users on trips and cart views. This feature allows the hiding of first names, last names, and emails of inactive users from the application. Additionally, redirection to inactive user profiles and tooltips has been disabled on the cart view. Anonymization is controlled through a new checkbox in the Personal Settings Configuration page. However, users with the “HasAdministrationRole” privilege will still have access to inactive user data on the config tool.

Restrict selection of arranger as approver for guest creation

With the addition of a new checkbox on the guest creation form, it is now possible to block the selection of the logged-in user as the approver for a created guest. When the checkbox is checked for a specific company, the currently logged-in user will be filtered out from the available options on the arranger’s guest creation form. It is important to note that this setting is validated based on the currently selected company, ensuring the appropriate configuration for guest creation. Please exercise caution and ensure that the checkbox is checked for the intended company during the arranging process.

Blocked users feature enhancement

The application now displays a clear information if a profile is blocked, eliminating any ambiguity for administrators. Secondly, we have empowered administrators with the ability to unblock users directly from the admin panel, eliminating the need for manual intervention in the database. With these improvements, managing user access and resolving blockages is now more efficient and user-friendly. Previously, there was a missing UI notification indicating that a user was blocked, which required manual access to the database to resolve the issue.
