Outlook invitation status update

Following the recent implementation of automatic integration of travels into the Outlook calendar, we have updated the status of Outlook invitations from “busy” to “available” for hotel, train and car bookings. For air bookings accepting calendar invite would remain “busy”.   This change provides greater flexibility for users in managing their schedules and availability.
