How to set up my account?

Here you can learn how to set up your profile as a “Self-booker”.
If you would like to arranger a trip see Arranger Guide. If you have an Approver role – visit this article.

Step 1: Activate your Goelett account
Follow the instructions received in the welcome email. Based on your company’s configuration, you may find a link to directly set up a new password or to reset your temporary password, enabling you to access and log into the main dashboard.

Step 2: Set up your account
Go to the left bottom of the dashboard, click on the icon with your initials [“User details”] and select Personal Settings.


Below sections are mandatory to be filled in order to start booking your trips:

– General data (provide your date of birth, nationality, preferred language and currency)

Contacts (for some airlines it is mandatory to provide your emergency contact, so remember to fill this section and agree to send this information to airline company)

Identity documents (input your passport and/or ID data that is required for travels)

Nice to have: you can also add your hotel & transportation preferences, as well as your travel loyalty programs to collect points for each trip.

Step 3: Book your first trip!
Just go back to the main dashboard and start searching.
