It also introduces smart queuing behavior to support efficient PNR management based on the outcome of the ticketing action.
Key Enhancements:
- LCC tickets booked via Sabre are now issued automatically through via their API service.
- PNRs containing at least one LCC segment are automatically placed on the Websearch queue following successful ticket issuance.
- In the event of a ticketing failure, PNRs are redirected to a dedicated Websearch Error queue for manual follow-up by agents.
This enhancement reduces manual workload, accelerates fulfillment for LCC services, and ensures failed transactions are clearly flagged for offline resolution, improving efficiency and visibility across the booking lifecycle.
