We’ve improved support contact management in Goelett. Users can now edit support contacts directly within the Voucher Manager tab, specifically in the voucher element section labeled “Support Contacts.” This change ensures that users have greater control over their support contact information. Additionally, any synchronized data from iAlbatros can overwrite existing Goelett data, providing seamless integration. This feature also considers configuration inheritance from the TMC. As part of this update, we’ve corrected an issue where an incorrect email address (support@cso.rydoo.com) was displayed when support contact data was unavailable. It has now been replaced with support@goelett.eu for accuracy.
