Step 1: Activate your Goelett account
Follow the instructions received in the welcome email. Based on your company’s configuration, you may find a link to directly set up a new password or to reset your temporary password, enabling you to access and log into the main dashboard.

Step 2: Set up your account
Go to the left bottom of the dashboard, click on the icon with your initials [“User details”] and select Personal Settings.

Below sections are mandatory to be filled in order to start booking your trips:
– General data (provide your date of birth, nationality, preferred language and currency)

– Contacts (for some airlines it is mandatory to provide your emergency contact, so remember to fill this section and agree to send this information to airline company)

– Identity documents (input your passport and/or ID data that is required for travels)

Nice to have: you can also add your hotel & transportation preferences, as well as your travel loyalty programs to collect points for each trip.
Step 3: Book your first trip!
Just go back to the main dashboard and start searching.
