We’ve resolved a bug that caused issues when finalizing LLC (EasyJet) bookings. The problem stemmed from sending empty values, as the email address was not being retrieved from general data to TravelFusion. Our updated logic now ensures the correct contact information is transmitted to the provider, resulting in an improved booking flow.
We’ve fixed the issue where baggage information was displayed as “1kg” instead of “1 piece” on bookings. This fix ensures that users no longer encounter confusion due to inaccurate baggage details in their bookings.
We were not able to split PNRs while we were creating a Multipax booking. Fixing this issue allows us to have consistency with our bookings as we always split the PNR to have 1 pax per booking and also allows TMC to handle it with no issues (offline after sales).
We’ve resolved an issue with multipax hotel bookings where trips were cancelled correctly in Goelett, but PNR continued to display an active hotel segment. This problem was causing confusion as the hotel didn’t receive the correct booking cancellation information. With our fix, the booking statuses accurately reflect their cancellation status.
As a result of our ongoing efforts, we’ve expanded our location database, adding missing stations, cities, and airports. This enhancement ensures that our OBT provides more offers and corrects potential issues users may encounter due to incomplete or inaccurate location information when booking.
In the previous version, the summary text with total price for multi-pax travellers booking was not sufficiently visible in the Approver view. To address this, we have implemented visual adjustments, so that information and cost stands out better and it is easier for Approver to notice. Additionally missing translations have been provided.
Previously, the system did not automatically clear trips when changing Trip Type. To address this, we have implemented a feature that ensures trips are immediately cleared when the Trip Type is changed. Where to find this change?Main Dashboard/MyBookings
