We’ve enhanced our PAO integration to improve the management of train ticket information. This update ensures accurate ticket assignment, pricing, and exchange operations for train bookings.
Key improvements:
- Each train segment within a booking will now have its own assigned ticket number.
- The total price will be broken down per train segment, including any applicable fees.
- When exchanging a train ticket, the original trip will be marked as canceled (with any associated fees) instead of being removed. This provides a clearer record of the booking history.
