Will I receive a booking confirmation?

After confirming your trip online, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email: showing trip details.
  • An itinerary email: sent after ticket issuance for flights or trains, serving as an “e-ticket” containing itinerary details and contact information for Goelett travel agents.
  • Hotel voucher email: contains reservation details, payment proof, and contact info for hotel check-in.
