To achieve this, we regularly conduct user experience tests. These tests allow us to refine our features based on client feedback before they are rolled out. Recently, we tested the new offline form and the updated version of the trip list, collaborating closely with our users. Their valuable insights helped us further improve our travel management solution. We plan to organize more testing sessions in the coming months and look forward to engaging with our users!
How do our user experience tests work?
Our sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes and take place online, in either French or English. Recordings are only made with participants’ consent, and they remain completely confidential.
