How can I change or cancel a refundable hotel booking?
For refundable hotel bookings, you can easily cancel your booking on our web platform.From the travel module, click on the hotel booking you wish to cancel and view the details. On the bottom right corner, you’ll find the cancel button just above the “Get confirmation” button.
Do I need to pay for my hotel upon arrival?
All hotel bookings are prepaid. Additional charges are payable directly to the hotel. Local taxes might not be included in Goelett amounts and could be paid on-site. Please refer to your hotel voucher for detailed information about your hotel reservation.
