Today’s travelers expect a smooth, personalized experience – one that mirrors what they’re used to in their personal travel. Every feature in Goelett has been designed based on user feedback – from NPS scores to in-app forms – to ensure a truly user-centric experience. Here’s how you can streamline bookings and travel with peace of mind thanks to Goelett’s customizable features.
Personalization: Set your preferences, choose your favourites

Save your favorite hotels
Just click the heart icon next to any hotel to add it to your favorites. Goelett automatically sorts them by country in your personal settings, making it easy to find them at the top of the list with every new search. And good news: there’s no limit—add as many favorites as you like!

Seat, meal, and accessibility preferences
Whether you prefer a window seat, an aisle, vegetarian meal, or need assistance, add these to your profile. Add your favourite stations or airports. Your travel manager can see these details and book flights that match your needs, ensuring a comfortable journey every time your trip is being arranged.
Trip templates: book recurring journeys in one click
For frequent travelers with recurring itineraries, our Trip Templates are a game-changer:
Create a template in one click
Once your cart is ready – flight, hotel, car rental – just click “Save as Template.” Give it a name (e.g., “Paris HQ Visit”), and it will instantly appear under My Trips → Templates.
Mix and match services
Only need a car rental from your preferred pickup point? Or maybe an economy flight and a three-night stay at your go-to hotel? Create individual templates or bundle services together—it’s entirely up to you. And just like your favorite hotels, there’s no limit to how many templates you can save.

Preview and share
Hover over any template in the Templates tab to see a quick side-panel preview. Then, use our one-click share function to add colleagues or delegates to the trip no dedicated arranger required.
Personalize your access
Want to see your templates first when opening the Trips section? You can customize your view to prioritize templates above your travel history – just activate this setting in your preferences.
Drag-and-drop dashboard: customize your home screen
Save time by pinning your frequently used templates directly to your dashboard.
Easy drag-and-drop
Simply drag any template from the Templates view into your main dashboard pane. Your top five most-used itineraries are always just a click away.
Faster bookings, fewer clicks
For frequent travelers with recurring routes, this feature slashes booking time – no need to navigate menus or repeat the same selections.
Maximize efficiency
Don’t forget to make the most of your dashboard widgets. Pin key tools like Messages or your To-do list to the top, so urgent actions stay front and center. Whether you’re a self-booker, approver, or arranger, keeping everything within reach means smoother planning and faster decisions.
