Goelett now offers a new function that further bridges the gap between the users’ needs and the product development roadmap: the User Idea Form. This addition is all about giving a voice to our users, who can now directly submit product feature requests and contribute to the evolution of our business travel management platform.
Upon logging in, users will see a pop-up highlighting that the User Idea Form is available to them. This functionality can be quickly accessed via the pin icon located at the bottom right on the main dashboard. Submitting an idea is designed to be user-friendly and efficient. Users simply need to provide their email address, the subject of the feature request, and a detailed description of it. To help us better understand the proposal, users have the option to include attachments such as screenshots.
In addition, the side panel will display other user-submitted proposals or those coming from our product team. This collaborative feature enables every Goelett user to view and vote on the ideas they believe will add the most value to their experience. It’s a way for the community to collectively prioritize the features they’d like to see developed.
We are eager to see the creative, insightful ideas our community has to offer. Feedback is invaluable to us as a user-centric tool for business travel management, and we are looking forward to turning new suggestions into reality.
