What are key priorities in your role as Product Manager for the Goelett application?
Our team is dedicated to creating the best-in-class user experience for business travellers. Throughout our design process, we place strong emphasis on empathizing with our users, aiming to simplify the business travel arrangement process, while, at the same time, offering a wide range of reservation options. By understanding and addressing the needs of our mobile users, we ensure that both – travellers and approvers, can effectively perform their tasks, no matter where they are.
What is your vision for the Goelett mobile app and how do you see it developing?
Thanks to the combination of exceptional user experience and a comprehensive service offering, I see Goelett app becoming the #1 business travel management app in Europe. With the unique blend of features aimed at making business travel arrangements pain-free and our user-centricity, we are well positioned to be the most loved tool in the industry.
What aspects of the Goelett application do you think are most appreciated by business travellers ?
Thanks to our timely and clear approval notifications, both – travellers and approvers – are always on the same page, minimizing delays and facilitating efficient decision-making. There is no need to log in to the Web app anymore – users are aware of what is happening with their trip no matter where they are. This means less stress and less rejected bookings.
