Meet Hichem Chabane, a new member of the Account Management team of Agnieszka Piekarska. Hichem brings with him a wealth of experience in the business travel industry. Hichem’s mission will be to closely monitor the evolving needs of his clients and act as the intermediary between product teams and clients to ensure their continued satisfaction. He will also aim to identify new business opportunities within his client accounts.

What is your previous professional experience?
I worked for 9 years in the business travel industry at Amex GBT Egencia. It’s an exciting sector constantly evolving and heavily influenced by technological innovations. Working at Goelett allows me to be at the heart of this ecosystem.
What are your main responsibilities?
I am delighted to join Goelett as an Account Manager. My main mission is to support and maintain the business relationship with our TMC clients. My role specifically involves ensuring full customer satisfaction and assisting TMCs and their clients in achieving their objectives. I appreciate the daily opportunity to provide solutions to our partners’ and clients’ challenges. Being closely involved in their concerns and projects is very rewarding.
